Introduction

Hydraulic pressure seal gate valves are uniquely designed for demanding conditions in sectors of power plant, refinery, oil & gas ,etc.

It has superior ruggedness and assured longevity under maximum pressure rating of CL4500 and working temperature of 600 °C. 

Features-1

1.Pressure seal gate valves adopt unobstructed flow channel, which greatly reduces the flow resistance coefficient and energy loss;

2.The middle cavity of the valve adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure against the rising sealing force due to the cavity pressure;

3.The sealing surface of the valve disc and the valve seat is made of stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing;

4.The valve stem has optimized strength and scratch resistance.

5.Closing wedge can be designed into single wedge, double wedge, parallel double wedge;

6.Bypass valves are available to cope with over pressurization and pressure locking;

7.Hydraulic actuators are tailored to ensure tight closure.
